This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of subscriptions and eligibility for refunds for services provided by Schoolzally.com (“Schoolzally”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to any of our services, users (“you”, “user”) agree to this Policy in full.
1. Nature of Service
Schoolzally is a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for users across the educational ecosystem, including but not limited to schools, teachers, parents, students, educational evangelists, NGOs, CSR partners, designers, vendors, and institutions. The platform offers marketing, outreach, campaign management, and collaboration tools through various subscription plans.
2. Subscription Plans
Schoolzally offers the following subscription plans:
Monthly Plan: Auto-renewed every month from the date of subscription.
Yearly Plan: Auto-renewed annually from the date of subscription.
All charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable as detailed below.
3. Free Trials
Schoolzally does not offer any free trial or introductory trial period. All subscriptions are considered active from the moment of payment confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your subscription).
Users will retain access to paid services until the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will be applied after the subscription period ends.
Schoolzally does not provide cancellation via phone or email requests. All cancellations must be completed via the platform’s billing settings.
5. Refund Policy
All payments made to Schoolzally are non-refundable. This includes:
Full or partial months/years of unused service.
Subscription downgrades.
Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
No exceptions will be made for refund requests based on user inactivity, dissatisfaction, or forgetting to cancel the subscription.
6. Billing Errors and Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Schoolzally will investigate the claim and, if an error is found, will issue a corrective refund or credit.
We do not entertain disputes raised after the 7-day window.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to billing fraud, duplicate transactions, or system errors may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by relevant documentation. Approval remains at the sole discretion of Schoolzally.
8. Changes to Subscription Plans
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect:
Upgrades: Immediately upon payment.
Downgrades: From the next billing cycle.
There will be no prorated refunds for downgrades.
9. Termination by Schoolzally
Schoolzally reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time due to violation of our Terms of Service, including misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or breach of payment terms.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
